We all desperately want to know who we are. We would love to understand ourselves. We just want it all figure out but everything appears blur. Sometimes we feel we already figured it out only to realize it is a goof.

Have you ever had an experience of “missing out an Arithmetic assignment simply because you used the wrong formula?” Yes! Same relates with us. Many times we define ourselves by our physical appearance, we sometimes define ourselves by our eloquence or proficiency in speech and other areas. Sometimes we define ourselves by our failures and short comings. Many times we compare ourselves with others forgetting that we represent the best version of ourselves. We often view our weaknesses more than we view our strengths.
Beyond your speaking ability, there is more to you. Beyond your writing skills, there is more to you. Beyond the “F” in those courses, there is more to you. Beyond your inability to accomplish that task, there is more to you. Your disability does not define you. There is a big you hiding under the shell of fear and failure. There is a better you hidden by the web of limitation and self doubt. If you have never been told or perhaps you have been told but it has not yet sink, let it today.
We can never define ourselves correctly if we keep looking up to the wrong dictionary.
Hey! You can never know beyond the book you have access to and until you read the books you should read you can never know what you ought to know. Our lives has been at the mercy of the book people present to us, we allow our world paint our picture leaving out the image in our mirror. It is high time we get it right!
The question to your identity lies in the “WORD OF GOD” In the word of God lies the picture of our future, in there lies the image we should picture. Any reflection outside God’s word is a friction.
